Do you ship outside Kampala?
Yes — blanket-wrapped, on our own truck within Uganda, and freight-forwarded internationally. Recent dispatches: Mbarara, Kigali, Nairobi, Lagos, Dubai. Insured to landed value, every leg.
What's a realistic lead time?
Shop pieces in stock ship within 5 working days. Custom furniture: 4–8 weeks on the bench. Full fit-outs: 8–14 weeks brief-to-handover, depending on scope and finish complexity.
We commit to a date in writing on the BOQ — and pay a daily late-fee penalty if we miss it.
Do you do exhibition / event builds?
Yes. Booths, pavilions, retail pop-ups. Three air-freight-survivable builds last year alone.
Can I bring my own designer?
Always. We work with named architects and interior designers from concept through site management. Roles agreed in writing before the BOQ.
How is pricing structured?
Line-item BOQ, no lump sums. Materials, finishes, labour, transport, taxes — each as a separate line so trade-offs are obvious. Quotes valid 30 days.
Do you offer warranties?
One workmanship warranty covers every finish and every piece for 12 months; a two-week snag walk on every fit-out.
