Sofas and beds: 5–7 weeks. Tables, chairs, storage: 4–6 weeks. Each piece is numbered and signed on the underside; we'll send progress photos at frame, finish and dispatch.

Yes — every piece in the catalogue can be re-scaled, re-finished, or upholstered in your own fabric. Custom adds 1–2 weeks; no surcharge for standard fabric/finish swaps.

Within Kampala: blanket-wrap delivery and white-glove placement, included. Upcountry: blanket-wrap on our own truck. International: freight-forwarded, insured to landed value, every leg.

Dry cloth only, weekly. Re-oil hand-rubbed pieces annually with the kit we send. Spot-clean upholstery with a damp microfibre; we'll exchange one cushion cover free in the first 24 months.
