Refresh: 4–6 weeks. Full fit-out: 8–14 weeks. Exhibition: 3–4 weeks. We commit to a date in writing on the BOQ — and pay a daily late-fee penalty if we miss it.

Almost always. Tell us the number on the brief. We'll come back with a curated quote that fits — usually within 5% — and flag the line items that would change if you stretched it.

Yes — Tier 03. We produce drawings, a finish board and a tender-ready BOQ that any decent contractor can build. Most clients hand it back to us to execute, but you don't have to.

30% on BOQ sign-off, 40% at frame stage, 25% at gate-out, 5% on snag-walk sign-off. UGX bank transfer or MoMo, USD wire for international.

Yes — Tier 01 starts at UGX 18m. Anything under that, we'll point you at the shop catalogue and a hand-picked décor package instead. We'd rather be honest than over-sell.

Variation orders are priced in writing before work starts on them — no surprises on the final invoice. About 88% of our projects in 2025 came in within ±5% of the signed BOQ.
