Ten11 Setup

Ten11 came to Dawin Finishes in late 2025 with a commercial brief covering a 105 sqm restaurant space in Kampala. The scope ran across fit-out, applied finishes, bespoke furniture, design, and lighting — a full commission handled by a team of five, led by Daniel Onzimai.

All finish batches were mixed at the Kyambogo workshop. Cure schedules were logged per room before any topcoat was applied. That sequencing is non-negotiable on a hospitality project: a surface that has not fully cured will not hold under daily use, regardless of how good the mix is.

Furniture was made to brief alongside the surface work, so proportions and finishes could be resolved together rather than retrofitted. The result is a space where the material decisions read as a single body of work rather than separate trades.
